Izhaar-e-Mohabbat

Mohabbat ke izhaar mai kya rakha hai
wo to mai kabhi bhi kar du,

Lekin wo izhaar-e-mohabbat hi kya hai
jisme main tera daman khushiyan se naa bar du,

Wo khushiyan bhi tumhara daman naa bhar saki
tumhe to pata nhi kaunse chand sitaron ki padi thi,

Mai samjata raha lekin tum samaj naa saki
ki chand taaro se khushiyan meri kayeen badi thi,

Deewane to mujhse pehle bhi the kayeen
chand taare to wo samet ke le gaye kahin,

Ab kaise cheen lau wo chand taare unse
jinki roshni k barose jee rhe hain wo sabhi,

Chand taro se kabhi kisi ke ghar nhi baste

ghar chalte hai to sirf pyaar mohabbat se,

Ikraar karne se kabhi deewane nhi bante
deewane bante hai to sirf beshumar mohabbat se.

Life?

Life isn't easy as it seems to be
surrounded by ghosts as it feels to be,

Obfuscating, exacerbated & abject
as i think the situation holds to be,

Pretty we have to forfeit to achieve
& rest we have to lose after attaining,

Hope & eyes connected to each other
through the stream flowing in between,
Eyes seems lyk the oceans too deep
with the water of hopes holding in between,

Friends are like the shore 
& enemies look like someone rowing the boat upstream,
The hope continues to die proportionally
to the tears rolling down the eyes like a stream,

Life is only meant for arrival & departure
We have to captivate our whole age 

from the seconds left in between,

Live life indefatigably with endless joy
is what all of us are trying,
But some succeed in making their life so
& others keep rummaging the answers from the whole scene,

We always try to make life dance on its heels
But on the contrary it makes us dance to its every beat,
Life is nothing just the memoir of a person written somewhere above
Everyone having the same end whether its a win or a defeat,

Life still mysterious & unique
Like i compared it to stream,

You can compare it to whatever you want it to be.
